I have bone to pick with you. You are making it very hard to work with other vendors now. What’s with this quick response time, helpful reps, and fast delivery. What makes you think you can get away with that kind of customer service. I started working with Dirc and he was responding faster than I could think, very distressing. My first spring design performed to 1,600 cycles which was not acceptable. I needed 100K cycles, so I went back to Dirc and we went thru a dozen iterations massaging the design constraints till we ended up with the latest version. It is now getting close to 1M cycles. Once gain not meeting my expectations. Apparently, WB Jone is not capable of delivering what I expect. Fast, responsive, courteous, is no way to run a company.
A little tongue and cheek, but I wanted to just let you know how nice it was to work with our company. I’ve never been able to go from “oh crap” (spring will not work) to holy crap (spring far exceeded my expectations) in such a short period of time. Dirc and Kyle were great. When Dirc was out of the office, Kyle picked up the slack was we lost no time.
